Biography :

Prof. Dr. H. Zaenal Mustakim, M.Ag., currently serves as the Rector of UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan, Central Java. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Islamic Education from IAIN Walisongo, Semarang, in 1995, followed by a Master's degree in Islamic Education from the same institution in 2000. He completed his doctoral studies in Educational Management at Semarang State University in 2016. His research interests primarily focus on Educational Management. Among his recent publications are "The Role of Halal Certification of Food Products in Economic Improvement in the Batang Integrated Industrial Estate," "Implementation Of Character Education Strengthening (PPK) Program Through Class Management In Elementary School," and "Manajemen Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam: Urgensi Kepemimpinan Interharmoni di Era Disrupsi."
