Biography:
Lê Thụy Ngọc Vân is an experienced education manager and English language professional with over 20 years of expertise in teaching, academic leadership, admissions, communications, and international relations. She holds two master’s degrees, one in the Theory and Methodology of English Language Teaching and another in International Relations. Her career reflects a strong commitment to advancing English language education and strengthening international collaboration in the education sector.
Ms. Lê has served in various strategic roles across educational institutions and government offices in Ninh Thuan Province, Vietnam. Since 2010, she has been working with the Office of the People’s Committee of Ninh Thuan Province, contributing to foreign affairs, international cooperation, and the coordination of international delegations and events. She has also been actively involved with the Ninh Thuan Department of Education and Training, supporting initiatives to improve the quality of English language teaching. In addition, she is the Founder and Director of the Ngoc Van Foreign Language Center, where she leads academic and operational management, develops English programs, and oversees teacher recruitment and training. Her work is driven by a learner-centered educational philosophy that emphasizes strengthening listening and speaking skills from the earliest stages of language learning.
